CANCELLATION POLICY
Lash 21 Studio makes every effort to notify and confirm upcoming appointments. I understand things happen that are out of your control. However, I kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card on file and 50% deposit is required for all services from new clients. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Appointment requests outside normal business hours is an additional $20 charge. Guests, pets, and children are not allowed at any appointments. Please arrive with clean lashes and no contact lenses. Any foreign fills (lashes done somewhere else) are not accepted and will be charged as a lash removal fee and new set fee. Please schedule your appointments appropriately. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Lash 21 Studio of any allergies, current medications, questions, or concerns regarding their appointment.
