Hi there! My name is Nila and I’m a licensed esthetician going on 3 years in the lash industry. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry and decided to take a leap of faith in switching careers after 10 years in the dentistry field. A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. My family is from Laos and Thailand. I love to spend time with my fiance and our two fur babies, Mochi and Tofu. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, cars, scary movies, Kdrama, Anime, anything BTS related (army💜), traveling, and spending time with friends and family. CANCELLATION POLICY
Lash 21 Studio makes every effort to notify and confirm upcoming appointments. I understand things happen that are out of your control. However, I kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $30 deposit is required for all services from new clients. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file for any missed appointments or less than 24 hour canceling/rescheduling. Appointment requests outside normal business hours is an additional $10 charge. Guests, pets, and children are not allowed at any appointments. Please arrive with clean lashes and no contact lenses. Any foreign fills (lashes done somewhere else) are not accepted and will be charged as a lash removal fee and new set fee. Please schedule your appointments appropriately. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Lash 21 Studio of any allergies, current medications, questions, or concerns regarding their appointment.
